Kerstens Announce Depositions

Initial depositions have been scheduled in the lawsuit of Greg Kersten, et al v. the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA), et al. for May 3 and 4, 2010 in Provo, Utah. Lynn Thomas will be deposed in her defense, and has been appointed by EAGALA to represent the association as a defendant in the deposition process. The remaining co-defendants (who have served as board members for the association) David Currie, David Tidmarsh, Tim Jobe, Mickey DiGiacomo, Amy Blossom, Rhonda Smith, Lisa Roskens, and Barb Scott, as well as plaintiffs Greg and Jennifer Kersten will be deposed at a later date.

The lawsuit was filed on June 26, 2007 by Greg Kersten, the Founder of EAGALA, who was terminated from his position as CEO of EAGALA in November, 2005. The suit was filed based on the following complaints against the defendants: wrongful termination, intentional defamation of character, unlawful conversion of intellectual property, and unlawful conversion of personal property.
