Dr. Kreg Gillman, Owner and Director, is pleased to announce two new additions to the management team at Silverado Boys Ranch. Eric Fawson, CSW and Nick Padiko, M.Ed. Eric will join us as Program Director and therapist and Nick as the Academic Director and Principal The addition of these two exceptional and seasoned professionals is a reflection of the strength, experience and quality of the staff at SBR.

Eric has worked with youth the last ten years in various roles, coach, mentor, counselor and supervisor. He has special interest and experience working with adolescents dealing with substance abuse and attachment disorders. Eric attended Utah State and BYU studying social work with a clinical emphasis.

Nick has twenty plus years of experience working with students in residential treatment settings. He has been a teacher, supervisor and principal. Nick has worked with numerous school districts nationally and internationally to implement and coordinate students academic needs. Additionally Nick has his Special Education teaching credential and his Principal/Administrator credential.

Silverado Boys Ranch is a private therapeutic boarding school for boys' ages 13-17 located in magnificent Bryce Canyon Country, six miles outside the town of Panguitch, Utah. SBR utilizes a relationship-based model that integrates real world skills through experiential therapy, challenging academic curriculum, and student-parent-family workshops.

We anticipate opening in the Fall of 2006 and will soon be accepting student applications.
