Jim Zuberbuhler Announces Cappello Joins Dynamy

I am pleased to announce that Greg Cappello is the new Director of Admission at Dynamy.

Greg joins the Dynamy team after sixteen years at St. Mark's School, an independent boarding school located in Southborough, Massachusetts. At St. Mark's, Greg guided students and their families through the admission process as the Associate Director of Admission and is known for his thoughtful interviewing style and the care and effort that he invests in each student and family in the admission process.

Greg also mentored students in their daily lives at St. Mark’s as their Dorm Parent and inspired athletes to championship seasons as coach of both boys' hockey and girls' softball. Greg brings his trademark optimism to the job of introducing eager young men and women to the array of opportunities for personal growth available at Dynamy. Greg is very excited to join Dynamy at this critical juncture in the life of the organization.

Brian Hopewell has now completed his tenure at Dynamy after conducting a thorough transition with Greg. Brian leaves Dynamy after having secured a long-sought publishing contract to write a book profiling colleges and universities on America’s Pacific, Gulf, and Atlantic coasts (working title: School’s a Beach!). In addition to writing, Brian is establishing an educational consulting practice near his home on Cape Cod, dramatically reducing his commute while expanding his twenty-seven year career of assisting families with the college admission process. We wish Brian the best with his new endeavors.

As you know, those who benefit most from Internship Year begin Dynamy eager to test themselves in real world situations. They’re motivated to act on their own unique vision and convictions and have already recognized the need to take action in order to find the answers to their questions about life. Dynamy’s most successful interns are ready to draw on and build upon the core of strength inside them, but also possess an awareness and appreciation for the interconnectedness of individuals in any community. Our graduates tell us that the Dynamy Internship Year was ideal preparation for whatever combination of college and career they chose to pursue.
