At its January 5, 2006 Board Meeting in Helena, MT, the Board Of Private Alternative Adolescent Residential Or Outdoor Programs discussed board member resignation procedures. For more information on the focus and goals of this Board visit www.paarp.mt.gov.

The five-member board is currently staffed by Board Chair Paul Clark, Mickey Manning, Mary Alexine, Carol Brooker and Dr. Maureen Neihart. Each member of the board is appointed by the Montana Governor with the consent of the senate for 3-year terms. The members must include: Three members from a list of nominees provided by programs, as defined in 37-48-102, of various sizes and types; and two members who must be from the general public. A vacancy on the board must be filled in the same manner as the original appointment.
