Responsibilities:
We are seeking to fill part-time and full-time Parent Coach positions with a dynamic and professional therapist who has a passion for working with parents and who wants to grow with our company.

The Parent Coach reports to the Colorado Clinical Team Leader and works directly with parents out in the community, over the phone and/or in the Vive! office. A master's degree and in most cases, current therapeutic state licensure, along with experience working with adults and families in a therapeutic capacity.

According to the Vive! approach and philosophy, Parent Coaches must also be experienced parents. The Parent Coach comes alongside parents to help them effectively navigate the challenges of an adolescent returning home or a young adult leaving home. The Parent Coach comes from a place of compassion, empathy and therapeutic insight, to help parents set tough but loving boundaries for their son or daughter.

We are seeking to fill the Mentor position with a dynamic and professional therapist who wants to help adolescents come to life and who wants to grow with our company.
The Mentor reports to the Colorado Clinical Team Leader and works directly with adolescents in their home and out in the community. A master's degree in counseling is required along with experience working with adolescents in a therapeutic capacity. A current therapeutic state license is a plus.

According to the Vive! approach and philosophy, mentoring is an active endeavor that takes place out in the real world. Therapy might take place in the context of a meal, a walk, a ball game or a job search. Mentors are part therapist, part life coach, part friend, part teacher and part advocate. Vive! Mentors get therapy off the couch and into the real world, where it counts.
