Three Springs of Englishton Park is a residential treatment program for adolescent males that have behavioral and emotional problems. Our program is located in Madison, IN about 40 miles north of Louisville, KY. Three Springs of Englishton Park operates under a dynamic cognitive behavioral model with intensive group, individual and family counseling. Through a peer empowerment model, we provide addictions groups, experiential learning activities, living skills, conflict resolution groups, and special needs groups for children with adoption, divorce and grief/loss issues.
Job Duties
- The Therapist provides individual and group therapy as well as case management services to an assigned case load of residents.
- The Therapist works extensively with adolescents with defiant behavior and oppositional conduct disorder.
Job Requirements
- Must possess a Masters degree from an accredited college or university in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or closely related clinical field.
- Must have a minimum of 1+ years experience in one or more of the following areas: adolescent behavioral healthcare, sexual disorders, special education, and family reunification in an appropriate adolescent treatment environment.
- Position requires professional communication and liaison with parents, referral sources, and other treatment professionals.
Preferred Skills
Appropriate licensure is desirable but not required.

Three Springs of Madison is a medium risk secure facility operated exclusively for Alabama DHR/DYS. It provides comprehensive, challenging, and safe services for adolescent males ages 13 to 18. Three Springs of Madison focuses on maladaptive behaviors and provides rehabilitative services including cognitive behavioral therapy through individual, group, and family counseling. The program utilizes a highly effective therapeutic adventure programming as well as Positive Peer Culture (PPC) therapy to emphasize values and team building. The Three Springs of Madison is currently seeking a Program Director to be responsible for the sound management and effective service of all direct care departments.
Job Duties

The Program Director plans and facilitates clinical services through the educational, clinical/family, nursing, and student supervision leadership.

The Program Director builds consensus, addresses opportunities for performance improvement, and recruits/leads key program personnel.

The Program Director interprets, understands, and ensures compliance with regulatory and service delivery requirements.
Job Requirements

Must have a Masters degree from an accredited college or university in a Counseling, Psychology, Social work or closely related clinical field.

Must be knowledgeable of Medicaid billing and service provisions.

Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in one or more of the following areas: adolescent behavioral healthcare, adjudicated interventions, special education, and family reunification.

The Outdoor Youth Counselor is part of a team of three that is responsible for providing guidance, group structure and therapeutic experiences that assist the emotional development of a group of 10-12 students with behavioral, emotional, or substance abuse issues.

The Outdoor Youth Counselor observes, documents, and provides approved treatment interventions for assigned residents.

The Outdoor Youth Counselor also facilitates each student's development through therapeutic activities such as challenge courses as well as hiking and canoeing trips in the spring through the fall.

The Outdoor Youth Counselor serves as a role model and helps students form honest relationships, develop positive self-worth, and work together toward common goals.

The Outdoor Youth Counselor position has heavy resident contact with time spent in group therapy, academic/vocational classes, leisure/recreational experiences along with other activities of daily living.

This is a 3 day on residential position with 72 hours off each shift.
Job Requirements

Must have a Bachelors Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely-related field from an accredited college or university.

Must be able to lead others, develop therapeutic interactions, and document observations in support of treatment goals/objectives.

Must have a valid driver’s license.

Job Duties

The Regional Director of Experiential Education coordinates and provides specialized recreational and experiential treatment services to youths, ages 13-18 with emotional and behavioral disorders in an Outdoor Therapeutic Program.

The Regional Director of Experiential Education is responsible for ensuring the maintenance of multiple high quality adventure programs within the policies and procedures outlined by Three Springs, Inc.

The Regional Director of Experiential Education organizes plans, teaches, and executes recreational activities, trust games, leisure education, ropes course, experiential trips and other adventure based outings that are therapeutic in nature.

The Regional Director of Experiential Education actively participates as a part of a multi-disciplinary treatment team which includes physicians/psychiatrists, psychologists, academic teachers, counselors, family service workers, and other professionals.

The Regional Director of Experiential Education will add expertise in the areas of recreational programming and adventure/experiential education.

Moderate travel to the different Outdoor Therapeutic programs is required.

Must demonstrate the ability to oversee multiple Adventure Programming departments, maintain routine and order, crisis intervention, plan and lead activities, and process issues effectively.

Must understand the importance of debriefing an experiential education activity.

Under the Direction of the Administrator, the Clinical Director provides:
- Program services to students and families using professionally accepted methods and techniques.
- Assures a high standard of documentation that meets all necessary standards and requirements.
- Exceptional verbal and written skills are required to develop student service plans (treatment and performance), written reports, assessments and case summaries.
- Must be capable of relating to students and staff (external professionals, medical, and social professionals) in a manner to disseminate information in a clear and understandable format.
- Must be able to solve practical problems and deal with many variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Must be able to read and interpret educational, psychological, psychiatric and case assessments.
- Must possess initiative and judgment capabilities to organize and plan activities/schedule (time management).
- Developing clinical services to optimize gains for an adolescent population with maladaptive behavioral and sexual acting-out issues.
- Assigns, evaluates and supervises personnel.
- A positive tract record in forming and facilitating strong teams.
- Provides professional in-service training and addresses community / referral sources on clinical topics
Qualifications:
Position requires a Masters degree in the behavioral sciences (Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or closely related field) from an accredited college or university. Appropriate licensure is required (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC). A minimum of 4+ years experience in one or more of the following areas: adolescent behavioral healthcare, sexual disorders, special education, and family reunification in an appropriate adolescent treatment environment. Two of the four years are preferred to be in a Lead of Supervisory capacity. Preference will be given to Candidates with a solid background in similar role and setting. Must possess strong oral / written communication skills as well as operate a PC with various software packages. Position requires occasionally travel and the ability to adjust the work schedule as required.
