Coaches needed at Silverado Boys Ranch
We are seeking applicants to be mentors, guides, and healthy role models to teenage boys ages 13-17 within a therapeutic boarding school setting. This is an entry level position with opportunity for advancement as we grow.
Candidates will be responsible for direct care, supervision, and safety of students. Staff will help students with daily living activities, treatment and outdoor activities, and community service projects. Must demonstrate patience, compassion, and ability to set healthy boundaries even under stressful situations.
Interested applicants over the age of 21 must pass drug screening, fingerprinting, and background check. Preference will be given to those with prior health care industry experience.

Silverado Boys Ranch Seeking Recreational/Activity Manager
Silverado Boys Ranch is a new and growing program actively seeking a qualified and energetic professional to join the team at Silverado. We are seeking applicants with strong interpersonal skills, a love for the outdoors, and the desire to work with youth. Applicants will be responsible for developing, planning, organizing, and implementing therapeutic recreational and leisure-time activities.
We are a relationship-driven program with a heavy emphasis on experiential therapy, and seek professionals who are creative, and innovative in their approach. The candidate will possess a bachelors degree in recreational management or related degree. Preference will be given to those who are licensed or certified, or eligible for licensure in the state of Utah.

Seeking Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor
Silverado Boys Ranch is a therapeutic boarding school for boys ages 13-17 located in Southern Utah. Our ranch is on 200 acres and just minutes away from Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks National Monument, and Zion National Park.
We are seeking a Licensed Substance Abuse counselor to provide and coordinate 12-step meetings, perform screenings and assessments, work with treatment team for goal setting and treatment planning, coordinate continuing care planning during transition phase of treatment, promote substance abuse education with individual and family therapy, promote training and education on substance abuse matters with team members, attend treatment team meetings and or provide written reports to be reviewed in treatment team We are seeking applicants who are visionary and growth-oriented. We are a relationshipdrive program with a heavy emphasis on experiential therapy. We seek professionals who are creative and innovative in their approach. The qualified candidate will possess integrity, trustworthiness, dependability, a good sense of humor and the ability to set firm consistent boundaries.
Applicant will possess LSAC, CAC, or an affiliate of NAADAC, along with adolescent treatment experience. Salary will be based on education and experience. Temporary housing may be provided.
