Elk River Wilderness Challenge, a residential therapeutic intervention program for troubled teens, is seeking highly motivated, energetic and qualified staff for our Elkmont, Alabama campus. This outdoor program treats troubled teens who present with varying issues and diagnoses.

This position carries great responsibility. Modeling positive behaviors such as goal setting, communication skills, peer relations and personal accountability are of paramount importance.

Requirements: Social Science or Behavioral Health Degree preferred but not required.
