Job Description:
Performs initial clinical evaluations. Effectively manages assigned caseload, including provision of individual and group psychotherapy. Provides crisis intervention, assessment and monitoring of self-harm, group safety and emotional preparedness, work with participants families and professional communication to external referal sources. Participates in the development and implementation of participant aim plans. Participates in therapeutic/community milieu. Works as a team member with other faculty in aim house llc to provide compliance with standard operating procedures throughout the aim house organization.

AIM House is an individualized, residential mentoring program for young adults ages 17.5 and older located in downtown, boulder, colorado. Our program is designed for the individual who is transitioning from residential treatment centers, drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers, wilderness programs and therapeutic boarding schools.
We provide a positively structured living environment and a supportive, personalized program that includes:

- Group, Individual & Family Therapy
- One-On-One Coaching
- Recreation/Adventure Experiences

Requirements:
Masters in social work or equivalent required. LPC, LCSW, LMFT licensed practioner preferred. Three or more years related experience working within clinical delivery for adolescents and young adults at-risk. Experience and training with the following issues is a must for this position; eating disorders, trauma, understanding and recovery, substance abuse/dependency, twelve steps model and family systems. An understanding of dbt (dialectical behavioral therapy) is helpful. Must be able to attain a license in the state of Colorado.

Job Description:
Manages all aspects of the aim house women's program. Responsible for identifying trends, patterns and key indicators of participant and staff behaviors regarding quality of participation and performance in the program. Develops solutions to increase quality to enhance retention of participants and staff. Responsible for overall fiscal management of program, which includes marketing, census, retention, operating expenses, revenue and capital projects. Supervision of staff and faculty. Develops and implements annual strategic plan to coordinate program services to ensure signature quality of program. Works as a team member with other directors in aim house llc to provide compliance with standard operating procedures throughout the aim house organization.

Requirements:
BA/BS required; Masters or equivalent preferred. LPC or LCSW licensed practioner preferred. Five or more years related experience working within program delivery for adolescents and young adults at-risk, and three or more years experience in a supervisory role. Working knowledge of drug and alcohol treatment (12 Step Philosophy) preferred. Knowledge of Clinical/Therapeutic milieu and interaction a must. Two or more year's exposure to Marketing and/or Admissions process a plus.
