Recognized as a leader in the behavior healthcare industry, Solacium operates residential treatment schools and programs, wilderness therapy, and recovery programs for adolescents and young adults who are experiencing emotional and behavioral difficulties. Solacium is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to manage inquiry calls and represent our programs during the initial intake process. Essential responsibilities are as follows:
- Triage incoming calls. This position will be responsible for educating families and referral sources about our services, assessing client's needs to determine what treatment center is most appropriate, and transfer calls to appropriate staff.
- Documentation of all incoming calls, e-mails, and web-based inquiries.
- Communicate with Solacium Admissions team to determine availability of beds, complete intake process, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of programs.
- This position will develop trusting relationships with our referral sources and families and provide excellent customer service by representing Solacium with integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications:
- Master's level Therapist preferred
- Excellent communication skills required
- Strong problem solving, decision making skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to work closely with other team members and departments
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, results oriented environment. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to maintain a calm demeanor when speaking with families in crisis
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Experience with data base management and PC skills required

This position will develop and maintain loyal relationships with professionals, build awareness and educate referral sources about our services, and provide excellent customer service by representing Solacium with integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelor's degree. A degree in marketing, communications, business, or behavioral healthcare preferred.
- Must be willing to travel within region on a weekly basis.
- Excellent communication skills required along with ability to present to groups and develop and implement sales plan. Must be motivated and able to operate independently. Sales and marketing experience preferred.
- Familiarity with residential treatment and recovery programs preferred.
- Conference attendance in required.
- Experience with data base management and PC skills required
