Certified Coach Training Course

NEXT STEP FOR SUCCESS will be offering their next 20-week telecourse titled "Coaching for Parents of Struggling Teens and Young Adults" starting on Wednesday, January 12, 2011. Upon successful completion of this coach training course, participants will have the designation of Certified Coach.

This course has been approved by the International Coach Federation. Using the ICF core competencies, the Next Step curriculum has been developed specifically to provide coaching skills for those professionals working with, or wishing to work with, families who are struggling.

For maximum benefit, class size is intentionally kept small. This training combines specific skill development with focused practicum which accelerates the opportunities for immediate application in the work place.

NEXT STEP FOR SUCCESS provides coaching for families who have a struggling teen or young adult. Coaching is a non-therapeutic model that brings empowerment and direction to those families seeking a different approach to resolving conflict, finding new paths to family success and encouragement to remain consistent and involved.
