I am pleased to announce that Calli Anderson, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, has joined the Willow Springs Center treatment team. As an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) specialist, Calli helps our patients increase appropriate behaviors and attain more clinical success.

Prior to joining the Willow Springs team, she was a behavior specialist working with children and teens with autism at the Sierra Regional Center in Sparks, Nevada. She also served as a psychosocial rehabilitation worker at Maple Star Specialized Foster Care Agency, and was a teacher assistant at Turning Point School for adolescents with severe emotional and behavioral problems, both in Reno.

Earlier, she was a behavior specialist at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders, the Elim Christian Services, and in private practice, all in Chicago. In addition, she was a lead behavior therapist in the Early Childhood Autism Program at the University of Nevada, Reno

Calli earned her bachelor's degree in psychology at the University of Nevada, Reno, and her master of arts degree in clinical psychology at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She is board certified in behavior analysis and is a member of the Association for Behavior Analysis. She is currently working on her behavior analysis licensure in the state of Nevada.

Willow Springs Center is a 116-bed locked psychiatric residential treatment center in Reno, Nevada, specializing in difficult-to-treat children and teens, ages 5-17, who are struggling with psychiatric and dual diagnosis issues. We feature a dedicated Dialectical Behavior Therapy unit for adolescents with self-harming behaviors, the Ascent Program for psychiatric plus addiction issues, an on-site licensed private school and comprehensive clinical treatment.
