Willow Springs Center and Willow Springs Outpatient Services announces the appointment of Jim Serratt to Chief Executive Officer. He has replaced Mr. Scott York, who accepted a CEO position at a Texas Psychiatric Acute Hospital.

Jim Serratt has been a part of our community in the past, working for Willow Springs Residential Treatment Center from 2005 to 2007 serving as the Western Regional Director of Referral Development. Mr. Serratt earned his Master of Arts Degree from the University of Texas, Tyler and has worked in leadership positions in Healthcare Administration for the past 20 years. Jim is married and they have 4 children. Jim's first priority is providing quality patient care to all the communities we serve. Jim has been recognized for his ingenuity, integrity, as well as his professionalism with his focus on community wellness.
