Dr. Mark Dennison, Headmaster, is announcing the opening of Weston Lake Academy located in Louisville, Alabama just two hours from the sunny beaches of Panama City, FL and six hours from the family fun center of Orlando, FL. WLA serves young men between the ages of 12-18, and their families, who are bright, college or career intended, present as clinically complex, experience multiple emotional challenges, are diagnosed with a variety of emotional and psychological disorders.

Utilizing a Relational Frame Theory/ Acceptance Commitment Therapy counseling approach, youth will learn to perform effectively in meaningful relationships in various context. In addition, they will excel in AdvancED accredited academics (SACS), build life-skills internships in the community, participate in high school athletic sports, and develop lasting meaningful relationships with peers. The staff are educated, qualified and licensed, bringing years of therapeutic experience, academic excellence, and residential passion for working with youth of today.

The program utilizes positive peer relationships, cognitive behavioral therapy, and an Innovation, Motivation, Practice, Acceptance, Commitment, and Trust (IMPACT) phase system, to help students develop their futures, and create a vision for their world because, "Where there is no vision, there is no change."

As a "New School" enrollment incentive, Dr. Dennison has authorized a tuition discount of $975.00 a month, every month, for qualified families.
