After 15 years in the network, Audrey Peavey finally came by the Woodbury Sign for a picture with her business associate, Lisa Sutton of Sutton Enterprises. While in the area visiting local schools, the ladies stopped by to explain several programs they represent: Greenbrier Academy being the main one in this marketing trip. Other programs we discussed included the Q&A Associates programs of Applewood Transitions for Young Women, The Journey WV for Young Men and Cabin Mountain Living Center, as well as the programs represented by Sutton Enterprises, Rainbow Acres, Three Points Center and again, Greenbrier Academy. Greenbrier Academy is a young women's boarding, college preparatory school committed to experiential education and transformatiive therapeutics embracing virtuous relasionships, personal excellence and emotional breakthroughs that will inspire altruistic life missions for girls and their families. Q&A was established to provide opportunities for failure to launch young adults to gain the confidence and skills needed to achieve independence. Clients are often struggling with independent living skills, school or college life, finding or maintaining employment, social skills or family relationships. Through the program, clients build self-esteem and confidence while learning the hard life skills needed to achieve independence. Staff work with the whole family to teach new communication strategies that will allow the family to be healthier and happier. www.qa-associates.com Rainbow Acres is a Christian Community that empowers adults with developmental disabilities to live to their fullest potential. They serve adults with a broad range of disabilities who live semi-independently either for a season or a lifetime. Three Points Center is a therapeutic boarding school specifically focused on adopted adolescents, and any number of the issues that come from adoption.
