Rick Johnson, co-founder of Summit Preparatory School has recently been appointed to the Montana Board of Private Alternative Adolescent Residential or Outdoor Programs (PAARP). This board, which meets typically 4 times per year, licenses and regulates private adolescent residential and outdoor programs operating in the state of Montana. The PAARP consists of five members appointed by the Governor and confirmed by the Senate. Board members represent small, medium and large programs and two members are chosen from the public.
