Shiloah at Wellspring is a small, co-ed residential psychiatric treatment center for children ages 6-13 with relational problems and diagnoses that include PTSD and anxiety disorders, ADHD, mood disorders and attachment disorders. A unique aspect to this program is the family is supported and invited into the center and trained as a partner in the healing process.

Staff members include Kerry Perillo, LPC, Program Director, Judith Mueller, MSW, and includes a board certified psychiatrist, psychotherapist, social worker, registered nurse, nutritionist, teachers and creative therapist. Shiloah is a member of the Connecticut Association of Nonprofits, CAPSEF, the American Residential Treatment Association and The Children's League of Connecticut and accredited by the Joint Commission and licensed by the State of Connecticut.

The children who attend Shiloah receive individualized and group therapy, family therapy, art therapy, and expressive therapy and recreation therapies all within highly structured daily experiences. Children learn more through experience, so residents learn experientially with animals on a farm setting. The Arch Bridge School at Wellspring provides academics while integrating therapy and treatment and is state approved as a Special Education school.
