Savingteens and Gateway Academy
Work Together To Support A Family

We are happy to announce that SavingTeens has just awarded the second scholarship of our fiscal year 2017, which began July 1st. This scholarship marks our first partnership with both Gateway Academy and New Jersey Educational Consultant Pamela Bard.

This family was referred to SavingTeens by Pamela Bard. The adolescent presented with depression, anxiety, and minor drug experimentation which had not been amenable to out-patient treatment. After Ms.Bard realized the family did not possess sufficient financial resources for the planned residential treatment, she contacted SavingTeens.

SavingTeens was able to help with a cash scholarship. In addition, Gateway Academy generously increased the discount they were offering to this family. The student's mother expressed her gratitude by remarking, "Thank you seems insufficient to express how much we appreciate this support. Many, many thanks!"

SavingTeens continues to work with programs and professionals in order to support the care of young people and their families.
