To assist with 'after care', Homeward Bound is providing "Family Transition Management" to ensure a smooth passage back to school, peer and family life, and to help the teen and family further the progress made over the last 18 months. Many thanks again to our collaborative partners: Second Nature, Willow Creek School, Homeward Bound, and Marilyn Engelman, for providing services and scholarships to help save this family. Without their support it would not have been possible to provide the comprehensive treatment that this family received. SAVING TEENS® In Crisis Collaborative is always looking for partner organizations and individuals, and encourage you to contact us through our website: www.savingteens.org. Our success is directly related to our ability to collaborate with programs, organizations, professionals and concerned individuals who share our goal of helping families in crisis.
