The Leadership Team of Peninsula Village is pleased to introduce Michelle Schwartz (soon to be Wilson), L.P.C., L.A.D.A.C., as the new Manager of Residential Services for the Girls Program. Michelle has over 20 years experience in the mental health field, primarily working with patients with co-occurring disorders. Michelle holds a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova University in Florida. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor. Michelle has also participated in additional post-graduate training in Neurolinguistic Psychology from the University of Miami.
Michelle takes over the role of Residential Program Manager from Jibby Redfield, L.C.S.W. Mr. Redfield spent over 11 years at the Village before accepting a position as director of a foster care program. While we wish Mr. Redfield the best in his new endeavors and thank him for his devoted service to the program, we welcome Michelle and know she will be a great addition to the Village staff.
