Odyssey Transport Agency is owned and operated by individuals who are trained in interpersonal communication, de-escalation, and crisis intervention and are certified in Positive Control Systems.

A safe and therapeutic environment is maintained by Odyssey Transport Agency during family transitions as a result of using guidance and assurance before, during, and after the transport. Odyssey Guides use integrity, compassion, and clarity while encouraging minors to make the best possible choices during their transport to “appropriate and structured” environments. Odyssey’s “goal” is to provide both the minor and the parents with physical and emotional safety in the most professional way possible.
