InnerChange, a clinical and operational consulting organization supporting residential treatment centers, today announced a new partnership with the Oakley School, a college preparatory therapeutic boarding school for students located in Oakley, Utah.

The Oakley School offers a robust academic curriculum, professional clinical services and rich experiential programming for male and female students ages 14-18. The school specializes in treatment for adolescents and young adults with emotional and behavioral problems.

Oakley School executive director James Meyer will be leaving the school he helped found. "I have known the leaders of InnerChange for many years and I am confident that they will be a great partner for Oakley's continued success," Meyer said.

Paul Taylor, M.S., will be the school's new executive director. "I have camped and hiked often in the Oakley area and have always had an affinity for this beautiful part of Utah. I can't wait to join the exceptional people at Oakley and build on the strong foundation that they have laid," said Taylor.

InnerChange's mission is to help leading programs and professionals facilitate lasting change in the lives of young people and their families. "Partnering with Oakley - our first co-ed partnership - is an exciting venture for us," said Dustin Tibbitts, LMFT, President of InnerChange. "We have a lot to learn from Oakley's expertise with experiential education. We look forward to supporting them in their future success."

Oakley School is a therapeutic boarding school serving high school-aged students in the Oakley mountain community located minutes from Park City, Utah and less than an hour from the Salt Lake International Airport.
