Jim brings more than 21 years of boarding school experience and working with adolescents to Oak Creek Ranch School. Most recently, Jim took a year and a half break from working with teens, and supervised a number of group homes for the developmentally disabled in the Phoenix area. Prior to this he held a number of positions at St. Paul's Preparatory Academy in Phoenix, AZ, including: Dean of Students, Parent Liaison, and Dean of Counseling. Oak Creek Ranch School is a fully accredited, co-ed boarding school with an enrollment of approximately 90 boys and girls, ages 12-19.
