We have expanded! By continuing to expand, OPI is preparing its staff and facilities to meet the specific needs of families and young adults. Our aim is to broaden future service offerings, to prepare participants for the opportunities ahead in their lives.

We have added in our education department an individual computer station where participants work and study. Tiffany Duplesis-Barmore, Director of Education, has also managed to have a separate library for our program participants. In our new department of volunteer and career services Jennifer Bell Martin, Director, helps participants search for local jobs and find internships and volunteer opportunities. Jenny covered the walls with photos of our kids volunteering and working at monthly community service events and they are enjoying working at the new computer stations. In our new department of extracurricular activities, the Director, Maria Perez, initiated her new digs by taking four Young Adults to Kenya last month! More trips and details will soon be available to share with you.

OPI is pleased to welcome Kevin Bowe, CEO of MBSG, a business-consulting firm located in Westlake Village, CA. Kevin has joined OPI's Board of Advisors. Team MBSG is assisting as we solidify our vision for the future in today's growing Adolescent and Young Adult Services environment. With MBSG's business and IT expertise, we are streamlining all of our business processes and procedures, and upgrading our IT infrastructure to better achieve OPI's mission to provide ongoing quality services.

The Optimum Performance Institute is a highly individualized therapeutic and educational residential program for young adults ages 17-25. For further information, contact Anne LaRiviere, Director of Admissions, 888-558-0617.
