Novitas Academy is an innovative therapeutic learning differences boarding high school for young men. We are searching for a therapist or clinical director to accommodate the growth of our school. Novitas would like to find an energetic licensed therapist that is skilled in one or more of the following modalities: DBT, CBT, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Reality Therapy, Trauma Informed Therapy, or Multisystemic Family Therapy. Experience working with adolescent boys is a must.
