Milestones for Young Adults is currently seeking an energetic, independently driven, compassionate individual to work with in a Residential Treatment Facility for disabled young adults. Must have the energy, drive and creativity to motivate a team of young adults toward independence. A strong sense of teaching life skills and independence is essential. Prior experience in a residential program or wilderness program setting a plus. Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays. Please email resumes roger@milestonesforyoungadults.com.
