This year, the National Association of Special Education Teachers (NASET) has recognized the Life Development Institute as one of the premier licensed private special education schools throughout the United States with the distinction of being selected as a NASET School of Excellence for the 2009-2010 school year.

Selection as a NASET School of Excellence is the highest honor a private special education school can achieve through our professional association. The Life Development Institute is one of only 56 programs recognized nationally as a leader in the field of special education schools and programs.
