Jonathan T. Mack Opens Private Practice

For nearly seven years, I've had the privilege of being deeply involved with Sandhill Child Development Center. As a cofounder of Sandhill Center with Linda Zimmerman, I have been intimately involved from the conceptual phases of this project to the present. Sandhill has become a successful, premier treatment facility that incorporates cutting-edge neurobiological research and established relational models of treatment in novel and powerfully effective ways. It has been an honor and a high point of my career to help build this residential treatment center. Although I will be transitioning into private practice, my thoughts, love and affection remain with Sandhill Center.

My private practice will serve children, adolescents, adults and families who are struggling with a wide range of issues, including adoption and attachment problems. My background, from my training at Columbia University to my time at several fine programs including Rancho Valmora, Positive Impact, Connections Home-Based Services and Sandhill Child Development Center have given me a wide range of perspectives and skills for client of all ages. My work with seminal figures such as Ray Curtis and Dr. Bruce Perry will also continue to heavily influence the work that I do.
