Insight Intensive at Gold Lake is pleased to announce the appointment of Daniel Fishburn as Program Director.

Daniel comes to Insight Intensive with 25 years of experience in behavioral healthcare. After completing his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at The Catholic University of America, Daniel spent several years working with refugees in Texas and throughout Central America. His work became more clinically focused as a family preservation worker for Child Protective Services. His career took a turn in the direction of public health as he worked with homeless and transient teenagers on the streets of Dallas and Houston. In addition, Daniel directed a nationwide crisis intervention team responding to trauma in schools and the workplace. After earning his Master in Social Work degree from the University of Houston, Daniel dedicated his efforts to helping individuals and families struggling with mental illness and chemical dependency. He provided clinical and program direction for two residential drug and alcohol treatment programs in Texas. Most recently, Daniel held the position as Clinical Director for Fulshear Ranch Academy.

"We are fortunate to have someone with Daniel's level of expertise in treating both mental health and addiction", comments Joseph DeNucci, Executive Director and Founder of Insight Intensive. "He is a great addition to our team!"

Please help us welcome Daniel to Insight Intensive! He can be reached at 303-952-1432 or dfishburn@insightintensive.com.
