With summer fast approaching, we here at Inner Odysseys, are excited to announce the start of enrollment for our 2011 Odyssey Expeditions!
The Inner Odysseys summer expedition is 10 day backpacking trip in the Sierra Nevada Mountains located in California. We offer six days of backcountry "trekking", a 24 hour solo experience, compass and navigation skill building in addition to basic first aid and wilderness skills. Besides experiencing the beautiful scenery, these young men and women will get to participate in swimming and fishing in alpine lakes and dips in the local hot springs. After the final 24 hour solo experience, the group will return to the bay area for a day of celebration BBQ with their families.
Based on the success of last year's trip, we have expanded this year's program to include young women.
The groups that are available this year include:
Boys group, ages 13-15
Young Men's group, ages 15-18
Young Women's group, ages 15-18

July 26 - August 4, 2011 Expedition
August 6, 2011 BBQ with Parents
Tuition is $1875.00 which includes meals, equipment and transportation.
