InnerChange is excited to announce that Leah Madamba, MS, NCC, LPC, has accepted a position as the Business Development Manager. Leah's extensive experience coupled with her ability to place clients and families' needs first will greatly add to InnerChange's efforts to deliver the highest level of care to struggling youth, young adults, and their families.

She has a lot to offer, and we are so glad to have her on board," said Janet Farnsworth, Vice President of Business Development.
Leah is a Certified Counselor with the National Board of Certified Counselors and is also a Licensed Professional Counselor in North Carolina. She actively participates in several professional organizations and leadership activities. She is currently a NATSAP board member, the conference chair for the Southeast Regional NATSAP, and volunteers at Beloved House, a unique homeless shelter in Asheville.
