Sklarow Executive Director 703-591-4850 ext 12 msklarow@iecaonline.com www.iecaonline.com December 8, 2010 We are pleased to announce that Rosemary Tippett has joined our staff as Outreach Coordinator. Rosemary was the Referral Relations Director at Three Springs for 13 years, and more recently was Director of Member Services at the National Association of Therapeutic Schools and Programs (NATSAP). In these capacities she has attended IECA conferences for 18 years, being the contact for educational consultants as well as program administrators. Among other duties, she will handle outreach to therapeutic schools and programs. Our goal is to improve the working relationship between IECA, its members working in special needs and the therapeutic schools and programs. In particular, we will explore any special or stand-alone programs and tours that can be created, seek to raise attendance at conference by therapists and administrators (rather than marketing staff) and examine ways that IECA can more effectively serve the needs of programs, many of whom have suffered during the economic downturn. Rosemary will be working with the Special Needs Committee, and others interested in working with her should let her know via email. Rosemary will telecommute from her home near Atlanta, Georgia, so note that her telephone contact is different from the IECA office number.
