Dee Langford sent a letter announcing she has joined Fulshear Ranch Academy as the new Admissions Director.

"I am excited to announce that I officially joined the Fulshear Team and made the big move to the wonderful state of Texas. I feel so blessed to be able to continue the work I love so dearly, working with families, students, and all of my amazing colleagues. While at NorthStar Center, I found the people in this profession to be nothing less than extraordinary. Because of the level of dedication to the students and families, I have personally witnessed untold successes and what some families would consider miraculous.

"I look forward to talking with you further and sharing with you the very special things that go on here at the Ranch.

"I attended a Fulshear Ranch Academy Graduation last Friday. Three young women reflected on their time here at Fulshear and it was simply moving. Each one experienced the doubt and fear of entering into a program full of staff and peers they did not know. It takes much courage to start this journey, and they found it in themselves to put that first foot forward. They were very honest about their struggles and their fears. But more striking was while at Fulshear they found within themselves the ability to grow, to trust in others as well as themselves. Each student walked their own path, but each young lady sat before us a strong, confident, hopeful and independent woman. At Fulshear these beautiful ladies healed. They laughed, they cried, they hurt, they hoped, they reached out to a helping hand, and in turn they offered a helping hand. In the end they saw victory.

"The staff here at Fulshear is amazing, it is quite evident their level of investment and the amount of love and compassion they have for these young ladies. I am so honored to be part of such a dedicated team. I look forward to many adventures, and hope to serve some of your families in the future."

Fulshear Ranch Academy is a Residential Treatment and Transition Program for Young Women ages 18-24.
