Elements Traverse will be admitting clients on November 8, 2016. Aligned with our core values of maintaining intentionally small and specialized treatment, Elements Traverse is a program designed from the ground up to serve the needs of young adult males. Just as you have experienced throughout our nearly 9 years of running the Elements adolescent program, our owner-operated management ensures that your clients will get our undivided attention. To work hand-in-hand with our core ownership team, we have enlisted the talent of Janine Donald, MPA, and Caitlin Tharaldson, LCSW, to help us design and run a program that will feel as specialized as you know us to be with adolescents. Caitlin will be serving as primary therapist to our first group of young men, bringing with her 10 years in wilderness, with 3 years as a young adult therapist. As with our adolescent program, our clients will benefit from some of the core principles that set Elements apart:
