We are pleased to announce the arrival of Andrew Powell to our core management team. Andrew brings 8 years of wilderness experience to Elements along with a wealth of passion for our powerful and sophisticated wilderness therapy intervention. Andrew will take an executive role within our company, complementing the work that Lynn, Karen, and I do with an outside eye for improved operational processes and clinical excellence. We are excited to collaborate with him in our efforts to continuously improve Elements Wilderness program and deliver even more robust and cutting-edge services to our students, families, and consultants.
Andrew has filled a variety of roles in wilderness, starting as field staff and most recently serving as Executive Director at Outback. He came to wilderness from the field of international development, relocating to Utah after 4 years in El Salvador serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer and as Country Director of a Non-Governmental Organization called VisionSpring. His passion for affecting lasting positive change in peoples' lives makes him a great fit for our team, and we look forward to a long future collaborating together as we seek to serve diverse populations in need.
Since 2008 Elements has been proud to bring families a small, intimate, hands-on approach to wilderness while combining all the sophistication of evidence-based treatment practices. Our dedication to our families and their sons' clinical and interpersonal needs has been our focus while seeking to provide the best treatment possible at an accessible daily rate.

We are thrilled to offer our students and their families challenging adventure-based programming within an in-line expedition model that keeps each student's wilderness experience intact, allowing them to maintain focus on the real work that must be done in order to drive true growth and change.
