InnerChange is a nationally recognized clinical leader in trust-based residential therapy and is committed to the highest standards in clinical outcomes. InnerChange has expanded its portfolio of services to heal more families with the addition of Eagle Cove Academy located in Benton, TN, which is approximately forty-five miles from Chattanooga, TN.

Black Bear Cove Resort will be transformed into a residential therapeutic program for male adolescents. Nestled in the mountains of Southeast Tennessee, this academy in the Hiwassee and Ocoee River basins offers the perfect setting for young men 14-18 years of age to discover the power of positive lasting change and healing. This setting includes a stunning lodge, swimming pool, rivers, and other facilities for experiential therapy.


Executive Director


As the New Executive Director, you will be united with an experienced executive leadership team, with a dedicated corporate staff, and the opportunity to build your own administrative team.

What do you bring to this position?
  • Infuse into the Administrative Team InnerChange's vision to heal generations and its mission to facilitate lasting positive change in male adolescents 13-18 years of age and their families.
  • Create an environment where every young man heals from the past, thrives in the present, and creates a hopeful future hand-in-hand with his family.
  • Master's Degree within the behavioral sciences or related field of study.
  • More than five years of experience in the mental health industry or within residential treatment centers.
  • Skilled in selecting and building a leadership team.
  • Interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, financial reports, legal documents, technical procedures, or governmental regulations; write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Manage available resources and creating a true team environment.
  • Plan, direct, and work with healthcare providers, commercial vendors, government agencies, community groups and other organizations as necessary
