Center for Change is pleased to host a compulsive eating workshop presented by Mary Bellofatto, MA, LMHC, CEDS. This intensive 5-day workshop is for adult and young women struggling with compulsive eating, emotional eating, and related difficulties. The workshop will include more than 35 hours of psychotherapy and counseling through group processes and experiential activities, as well as therapeutic meals and snacks and dietary intervention. Mary is a world renowned expert in the use of psychodrama, and is a specialist in eating disorders and helping others to make life changes. She has tailored this workshop to address the complex issues surrounding compulsive eating including emotional eating, shame, and body image. Mary's approach is one of kindness and compassion, with a heavy dose of humor and fun!
The workshop is being held at Center for Change to help facilitate a warm, nurturing environment as the participants work through difficult issues. This 5-day workshop is March 4-8, 2008 at a cost of $1495, which includes meals and snacks each day, and all workshop materials and activities. In an effort to keep the workshop small and intimate, space is extremely limited, so prompt reservations are suggested. Contact Tamara Noyes at tnoyes@centerforchange.com for more information.
