Executive Director
Due to growth, CALO is hiring an experienced, empathetic, and growth-minded executive director to its high performing Calo Executive Team.

The Executive Director is a responsible for leadership of the Teen program.The Executive Director will drive success of the Program because he or she has a strong, cultural fit with Calo's core values; is a collaborative team player; has the ability and will to be a strong leader and; builds strong relationships necessary for marketing and referral business. The Executive Director will drive employee performance through engagement. This position requires exceptional judgment, collaboration and decision-making skills. The Executive Director reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
Specific responsibilities:
Supervise the following departments/positions: clinical supervisors, team lead supervisors, academic supervisors.
Develop, implement, evaluate strategic plans and program goals
Provide direction, motivation, and development to program staff
Develop policies and procedures necessary for effective operation of the Program
Develop, manage overall program budget
Plan and implement strategies for pursuit of new business relationships and opportunities
Develop, implement, maintain systems that ensures effective and efficient utilization of Calo's staff and facilities
All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in an area of Human Services or Business Administration required
Master degree preferred
5+ years of supervisory experience in a residential treatment program
3+ years of budget management
2+ years of business development
Physical Requirements
Sitting- employee is required at times to sit for extended periods of time without being able to leave the work area
Standing- the employee is required at times to remain on his or her feet in an upright position for continuous periods of time without being able to leave the work area
Walking- the employee is required at times to walk considerable distances in the facility and outside the facility during the course of his or her work
Lifting- the employee is required at times to raise or lower students from one level to another during the shift and must be able to lift up to 45 pounds in order to perform SCM
Carrying- the employee is required at times to carry objects in his or her arms and must have full mobility of arms to perform SCM
Stooping and Crouching- the employee is required to bend forward by bending at the waist or by bending legs and spine in order to perform SCM

New Hire paperwork completed and submitted to HR
