We are pleased to welcome Patrick Finn to Bertram Educational Consultants. He will be joining our team of experienced college advisors, providing guidance to our clients who are in the college search process. Patrick will be based in Baltimore, Maryland and will cover the mid-Atlantic states.
He joins us after 23 years as an administrator in boarding schools. He served as Admissions Director and Annual Fund Director at Canterbury School in New Milford, Connecticut and as Director of Admissions and Assistant Head of School at St. Timothy's School in Stevenson, Maryland. At both schools, Patrick was Head Lacrosse Coach and taught Ethics. He has spoken at national conferences, including SSATB, TABS, and IECA. He is President of School Connections LLC, which he founded in 2008.
Patrick attended the Boy's Latin School in Baltimore and the University of Virginia where he graduated with a B.A. in History. He received a Master of Education in Sports Administration from Penn State University and has coached men's lacrosse.
Patrick has worked with numerous students on their college search in his role as advisor and coach at Canterbury and St. Timothy's. His philosophy is to empower students to make their choice of colleges by providing them with the information, support and guidance necessary to find the best possible match.
