Alpine Academy Receives
4th Consecutive
Best of State Award

Each year a selection committee meets to review nominees of the prestigious Best of State award in a number of divisions and categories. The judges consider each organization's nomination based on three criteria- Excellence (in service and performance), Innovation/Creativity, and Contribution to Quality of Life in Utah. The category in which Alpine is placed is "Youth Treatment Centers" which was created in 2008. In 2008, this prestigious award was presented to New Haven.

Alpine Academy is pleased to have been the recipient of this award every year since then, first with an award for Principal of the Year, and then subsequently as Best Treatment Center. Being part of the "Consumer Services" division, the committee really looks for organizations that perform with ground-breaking customer service, which we strive to do every day.

The award was presented at a gala banquet event for all category winners which provided a wonderful evening filled with amazing food, a live jazz band and orchestra performance, and , of course, lots of celebration!

Alpine Academy is proud to be honored for the work we do to improve the lives of those we are blessed to serve. We believe the slogan of the award says it best, "Excelling and Surpassing All ElseŽ." Our sincerest thanks goes to our amazing staff!

Additionally, we want to express our gratitude to our friends and colleagues in the industry who have continued to support our work with girls and families for the past 10 years.

Alpine Academy offers family-based residential treatment that is uniquely successful at helping teenage girls learn the skills to succeed at home, in school, and with their own families. Alpine is a part of Utah Youth Village, one of Utah's oldest and largest charities providing treatment to children and families in crisis.
