Adirondack Leadership Expeditions is pleased to announce the appointment of Tracy Edwards to the position of Executive Director. Tracy joins ALE after working at both Bromley Brook School and The Academy at Swift River where she served as Director of Residential Life.

As way of background, Ms. Edwards was born and raised in Wales, Great Britain, but moved the United States in 1994. Although she began working with troubled youth as a volunteer, Tracy has spent the past 18 years supporting young people in a variety of settings including Residential Treatment, Therapeutic Boarding Schools and most importantly, 8 years as a Field Instructor in a Northern Idaho wilderness therapy program. When asked how she felt about this next step in her Aspen Career Tracy responded, "I am extremely excited to be part of this program and return to my wilderness roots. I have always respected ALE from my work at Aspen. I look forward to supporting our exceptional team and continuing the innovative and effective treatment that we are known for".

Please take a moment to welcome Ms. Tracy Edwards to Adirondack Leadership Expeditions. She can be reached at 518-891-3527 or via email at tedwards@adkle.com

With My Good Wishes,

Thomas
