AIM House is pleased to announce that Tevara Paranto, LCSW has joined our clinical team as our eating disorder specialist.
Tevara comes to AIM House with more than 10 years of experience providing therapy for individuals, families and groups in a variety of settings. She holds a master of arts degree in clinical social work from the University of Austin. Her most recent experience was working as a primary therapist at the Eating Disorder Center of Denver. Tevara’s philosophy and intention is to bring wholeness to our participant's lives and to help them discover their greatest, authentic self. She utilizes an empowerment model, cognitive behavioral techniques and mind - body approaches.
AIM House works with dual diagnosis eating disorders for young men and women. The program includes an eating disorder support group, individualized meal plan, life skills such cooking and grocery shopping, DBT therapy, individual therapy with ED specialist and a weekly nutrition group with a nutritionist.
