New Residential Director

Silverado Boys Ranch welcomes Sean Coles as the most recent addition to the SBR management team. Sean joined SBR as the Residential Director in March, quickly asserting himself in his daily role of supervising both students and staff.

Over the last ten years, Sean has been heavily involved in the therapeutic industry as a coach, as a mentor, as a transport agent, and as a program director. Sean's presence and passion is unmatched, and he is already making a difference with students, with staff, and with families.

Sean welcomes the opportunity to work in a positive environment that encourages staff to find balance in their own lives through work, love, and play. When visiting SBR, it is easy to spot Sean; he is typically the one zipping around on his ATV.

Silverado Boys Ranch is an owner-operated, licensed therapeutic boarding school for boys, ages 13-17. We have one of the most seasoned and committed management teams in the industry. The ranch is located in magnificent Bryce Canyon County, just minutes away from numerous national parks and prime wilderness areas. SBR utilizes a relationship-based model that integrates real world skills through experiential therapy, challenging academic curriculum, and student- family workshops.
