Shay Butts is New Director of Admissions

Fulshear Ranch Academy, Transitions of Galveston Island and Sommerville Young Adult Community are pleased to welcome Shay Butts as the new Director of Admissions.

Shay has extensive experience working in mental health at many levels of treatment. Most recently, she served as National Outreach Manager for Psychiatric Solutions, Inc. at Texas NeuroRehab Center and The Oaks Treatment Center, in Austin, Texas. Previously, she was the national marketing manager for CEDU Education, and Director of Development and Public Relations for Girls’ Haven, Inc., a non-profit organization for abused, abandoned and neglected girls in Beaumont, Texas. Over the years, personal experience and working with a variety of families have provided Shay with the unique knowledge base she brings to Admissions at Fulshear Ranch Academy, Transitions of Galveston Island and Sommerville Young Adult Community.
