Three Springs, Inc. announces the addition of Mr. William "Bill" Grant to the faculty of Auldern Academy therapeutic boarding school in Siler City, North Carolina. Mr. Grant is the new Assistant Head of School.
Most recently a member of the faculty of Squaw Valley Academy, Mr. Grant brings to Auldern a depth of experience spanning 20 years in education, including a decade in administration and 17 years of classroom practice.
Mr. Grant's primary area of responsibility at Auldern will be to work with Jane Samuel, Head of School, managing the day-to-day operation of the Academy.
"Bill is going to work closely with the entire staff, but will specifically work with department managers, helping to fine-tune our services," said Ms. Samuel.
Of Mr. Grant's leadership style Ms. Samuel says, "Bill's strong participatory management approach and tough-but-gentle communications manner will quickly endear him to students and parents, and to the entire Auldern family."
