We are pleased to announce that Tori Ballard has accepted the position of Director of Community Relations for the Academy at Canyon Creek. She will officially begin this position on October the 16th, and will be attending the Miami, Florida IECA conference in November with our staff.
Tori has been actively involved in the residential care industry for the last seventeen years. Most recently she served as the Director of Admissions at Discovery Academy; a position she resigned from in August of this year.
As the Director of Community Relations, Tori will be involved in all aspects of referral relations including; communication and customer service to both professionals and parents, coordination of tours and visits, as well as parent workshops and seminars. Tori will also work closely with our Director of Admissions, Karen Stevens, in assisting with future inquiries and admits at the Academy at Canyon Creek. Additionally, she will be working closely with the Provo Canyon School and Academy at Canyon Creek Regional Representatives who will be providing information and updates about program enhancements.
This position has been carefully designed and developed to enhance the experience that our students, families and referral sources have when entrusting us with a child. We do not take this trust lightly and want to ensure the highest standard of excellence possible. We are confident that Tori will compliment our existing team, and that our clients will be well served by her efforts and contribution to our programs.
