ALIVE Adventures (Active Living in Victorious Environments) Youth Empowerment Services are a variety of wilderness therapy programs located in southwest Idaho. The programs utilize adventure education such as mountain biking, rock climbing, river rafting, survival skills, drumming, bowling, pool playing, pow-wows, waterskiing, caving, snowshoeing, sledding, etc., to empower adolescent boys.

The Boys Empowerment Programs begin each month, with a one-year commitment for both the boys and their families. Each mentoring group is a separate camp for different aged students: Wild Boy, ages 9-11, Coyote Boy, ages 12-15 and Boys in the Fire, ages 14-18. The Wild Boys mentoring groups meet once a month, while the other two meet twice a month.

The programs use a variety of teaching models, including The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens, The Wonder of Boys, The 4 Agreements, The Way of the Peaceful Warrior, The Alchemist, Hatchet and Life Strategies for Teens. All of the mentoring groups learn about the peer issues of substance use/abuse, family dynamics, effective communications, goal setting, girls-sex-relationships, personality differences, violence, etc. All groups conclude their year with an ALIVE Adventure camp.

Boys in the Fire includes a six-day wilderness trek that focuses on a seven-step process to help boys transition into adulthood. This process includes preparation, acknowledgement, separation, self-discovery, silence, initiation, integration and celebration. The Wild Boys and Coyote Boys camps range between four to six days, respectively and include much of the same types of challenges, such as rites of passage, vision quest, ropes challenge courses and experiential education.

ALIVE Adventures also offers Men of the Fire Programs to assist men 18 and older as well Family Empowerment Programs.
