New Life Centers offers clinically intense residential treatment, day treatment, and intensive outpatient services to women ages 13 and older. According to their website they are "one of the largest residential eating disorder facilities in North America."

Based on their information, New Life Centers incorporates a variety of therapeutic approaches into their program that includes "evidence-based" therapy, Dialectical Behavior, Cognitive Behavior, Interpersonal, and Brief Strategic Therapies as well as others that allows the program to treat not only the eating disorder, but the other thought disorders commonly associated with anorexia and bulimia."

New Life participates in research studies with several universities and private institutions that "allows us more access to good information about these disorders as well as promotes further research into the treatment of anorexia and bulimia.

During residential treatment at New Life Centers, the young women participate in a variety of therapy sessions each week including family and individual sessions, and daily groups. They also meet with a dietitian, have daily nursing evaluations, psychiatric visits each week, chemical addictions groups (if needed) and recreation therapy that is overseen by the multi-disciplinary team. New Life also offers intensive out-patient and day treatment programs with a regimen similar to the residential treatment program, though the therapy sessions are not as often. To be directly admitted into this level of care is possible for women who are committed to change, have a stable weight and have demonstrated safe behaviors in their home environment.
