Exciting Announcements From Wediko

Wediko has several exciting things happening on their campus… including the addition of five new classrooms being constructed right now, which will allow an expansion of academics they can offer students.

Other news includes the addition of Cynthia A. Ebelacker, MSN, CPNP, PMHNP-BC, and USAF (retired) as their new Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who will meet with students weekly on campus to ensure comprehensive psychiatric care and be available to collaborate with parents and the clinical teams.

And lastly, Wediko has expanded and strengthened their Transition Planning Program, under the supervision of Audrey Bethel, M Ed, and Wediko's School Guidance Counselor. Students will participate in focused discussions about career goals, educational planning, community participation which includes community service and job shadowing; and work on building independent living skills to help students prepare and succeed in life after their time at Wediko.

Wediko, a residential treatment center, has been working with students who are struggling with complex psychological profiles and disruptive behaviors. Wediko works with boys and young men ages 6-21.
