Dir. Of Optimum Performance Institute (OPI) to Lon April 15, 2016. OPI and InnerChange have recently merged and Tibbits described their mission as "healing generations." At OPI, Breton explained they start the healing by first helping the young adults find their passion and building from that learn how to be independent.
